Are Needle Exchanges doing more Harm than Good is a valid question in response to the unsafe needle disposal that is common place in WA and isn't it time for Needle Exchanges and NGOs to implement effective education and strategies that lead to their client's carrying out safe needle disposals?

This video outlines the role of the WA AIDS Council in the development and glamorisation of the drug culture through the "Party for AIDS" strategies that primed the community to be vulnerable to the harm of addiction from meth.

The WA AIDS Council is well aware of the harm being done by Meth Addiction. WAAC knows that domestic violence and sexual assault are huge issues for the LGB, HIV & Trans Community. The HIV Consumer Alliance of WA and the Perth Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence have repeatedly requested educational materials and details of where to go to help and CEOs Managers and the Board have all refused to do anything to help people who are GB, HIV & Trans Men in domestic violence situations.

It's clear that the WA Government needs to have a new response to HIV in an agency that puts HIV+ people first because the current system has been described as being like having Dick Chaney in charge of peace negotiations in Ukraine!

This video also contains an overview of the article published by the Perth Voice entitled "Like Living in Hell" which leads one to wonder what where is the Mayor of Perth? from: https://perthvoiceinteractive.com/2024/08/08/like-living-in-hell/
