But it did all mean that the shallow and supervilious do nothing merchants of gloom were givien a free reign to implement policies to make themselves look good while ensuring that the parasite class in charge of HIV remain unaccountable and untransparent, and poor people know that as usual, one thing is certain, the HIV Industry will also make sure poor people stay poor.
That's the certainty the WA AIDS Strategy and the Aged Care Framework is delivering for grassroots People in WA.
So instead of Rainbow Chaplains and a whole inter community response that includes everyone and closes the gap between the rich champagne sipping socialist who are in charge of implementing the WA AIDS Strategy, the AIDS Industry has gone for a do nothing framework that will only empower the bullies and provide no effect hands on protection for people being harmed in medical settings.
They wanted a shithole in which poor people who they see as riff raff get no help while the rich gays and their heterosexual female allies serve up cushy retirement homes for themselves. And isn't that what we are getting - another shithole framework that is less effective than toilet paper?
Well done #Waac! It is time to merge BBV and STI to end the waste, mismanagement, gatekeeping and the do nothing frameworks which function so much like FASCISM that Mussolini would be proud of the medical dictators! The framework model is implemented by the AIDS swamp, Evaluated by the AIDS Swamp, and so like the AIDS Strategies, if they do not do anything or the program is useless or dangerous then no one knows until people start dying!
So well done for throwing our any kind of health promotion evaluation and making sure that anyone with programming expertise is banned from framework discussions aka another dirty backroom deal done by the "It's just Politics" class who do nothing for but generate airline flights and taxi vouchers for the parasites while the vast majority of HIV positive people are told to STFU and go home!
